All subscriptions are automated once you've signed up and will repeat until you stop them.
Each subscription is separate ie. if you would like 6 pints of milk per week AND a mixed box (fruit, veg & salad) then you'll need to subscribe to each in turn which means you can adjust and cancel more easily.
