Original Hot Sauce -
100 ml (e) Original Hot Sauce is a vegan friendly and gluten free sauce. This is THE sauce that launched me into forming Screaming Chimp Chilli Sauce Ltd. Originally created for my sister for a “Man Vs Food” challenge that was 40% chilli. This is a scaled back version. While it has warmth, it still has that fruitiness that people love. Made with UK grown chillies. This is a fiery sauce with a citrus twang. I even put it in salad cream. It’s sauceome. While this is a vegan sauce, (no animal products used at all) it’s Delicious on all the meat you can eat or fish you can dish. So do yourself a favour, buy yourself this flavour and scream if you wanna go hotter!! Confusing? Well, it’s also Delicious on all the beets you can eat, or mash you can smash, you do yourself a favour, buy yourself some flavour and Scream if you wanna go hotter!!
Mango & Papaya -
100 ml (e) Mango & Papaya is a Vegan friendly and gluten free sauce, that was inspired by a trip to friends of ours in Nerja, Spain, as the Malaga area is well renowned for growing mango, papaya, bell peppers and onions and it was on this visit that the name Screaming Chimp was born. Made with Aji Lemon chillies grown in the UK, this sauce offers the perfect blend of sweet and Mild heat. This sauce is great mixed into porridge, or ice cream. It’s fabulous on toast in the morning or on chicken, prawns or new potatoes to add that fruity twang, or simply pour onto your salads. While this IS a vegan sauce, (no longer containing the honey it once had in) it’s Delicious on all the meat you can eat or fish you can dish.
Vics Ol’ Smokey -
100 ml (e) Vics Ol’ Smokey is a vegan friendly and naturally gluten free sauce, created for the chilli wimp of the family, one Friday afternoon (Mrs Chimp).
So with a handful of home grown Birdseye chillies and some gorgeous smoked paprika and of course with Vicky loving my creation, this sauce was the 4th chimp to be born.
Delicious with all meats, stir frys, vegetarian and vegan dishes, added into soups, sauces and gravies, or just enjoyed as a pour on or dipping sauce. I love using this as my ketchup.
100 ml (e) Pineapple is a vegan friendly and gluten free sauce. This member of the troop is a warming and fruity little number that puts a smile on everyone’s face. Made with UK grown Aji Lemon chillies, it is tropical in both heat and flavour, so you can feel like you’re on holiday every day of the week. Great as a marinade due to it’s tenderising abilities, whilst adding huge flavour to any dish. Best with chicken, pork chops, steaks, sausages or veg stir frys, but will go with anything you can think of. Delicious with vegetarian and vegan dishes, added into soups, sauces and gravies, or just enjoyed as a pour on or dipping sauce.
